Internet Explorer users
1. Go to the 'Tools \ Internet options' menu and select the 'advanced'
tab. Scroll to the bottom of the list and under the security settings,
ensure that 'Use SSL 3.0' is selected. See picture below:
2. In Internet Explorer go to the 'Help \ About Internet Explorer' menu.
Note: We recommmend anyone using versions of IE lower than version 6.0
to
upgrade anyway as this has several improvements over earlier versions of
IE5.
Follow the instructions and download and install the appropriate
encryption
pack for your configuration.
Netscape 6+ users
1. Go to the 'Edit \ Preferences' menu and select the 'Privacy &
Security' settings. Ensure that 'Enable SSL Version 3' is selected. See
picture below:
2. Ensure your browser supports 128-bit encryption by clicking on the
"Help \ About Netscape" Menu. This page should tell your the
encryption capabilities of your browser. These should be 128-bit.
Mozilla Firefox users
1. Go to the 'Tools \ Options' menu and select the 'Advanced' Tab.
Ensure that 'Use SSL 3.0' is selected. See picture below:
